2. B2B website only

Handikraft is a business-to-business manufacturer, exporter and product-development partner. The website is intended for retailers, importers, wholesalers, distributors, garden brands, sourcing professionals and other business buyers.

• The website is not a consumer e-commerce store.
• No retail sale or payment is completed through the website.
• Minimum quantities, commercial terms and manufacturing feasibility may apply.
• You must be at least 18 years old to submit a business enquiry.

3. Enquiries, quotations and orders

Submitting a contact form, selecting catalogue items, generating an enquiry PDF, sending a WhatsApp message or receiving an initial response does not create a purchase contract.

When an order becomes binding

An order becomes binding only when the parties confirm the commercial and technical terms in writing. Depending on the project, these may include an accepted quotation or proforma invoice, purchase order, approved sample or specification, quantity, price, payment terms, delivery schedule, packaging, inspection requirements and agreed Incoterms.

Custom and private-label work

Development costs, moulds or tooling, samples, artwork, labels, packaging and exclusivity are project-specific. Ownership, usage and payment terms for such work must be agreed in writing before production.

4. Product and catalogue information

We make reasonable efforts to keep catalogue descriptions, images, sizes and capabilities useful and current. They are indicative until confirmed for a specific order.

• Colours may vary by screen, lighting, finish and production batch.
• Hand-finished, galvanised, painted, printed or distressed products may show natural variations.
• Dimensions and weights may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
• Availability, quantities, pricing, lead times and export suitability are confirmed during quotation.
• A product shown online may be modified, discontinued or unavailable without prior notice.

Please rely on the approved sample, specification and order documents—not a screen image alone—when confirming a production order.

5. Acceptable use

You may browse the website and use its enquiry tools for legitimate business evaluation and communication. You must not:

• attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the website, introduce malware or misuse its forms;
• use automated scraping, bulk downloading or extraction to reproduce our catalogue or product database;
• misrepresent your identity, company, authority or intended use;
• submit unlawful, abusive, infringing or misleading content;
• copy or use our product images, designs, branding or website content as your own without written permission.

We may restrict access or decline an enquiry where we reasonably believe the website or our materials are being misused.

6. Intellectual property

The Handikraft name, logo, website design, catalogue structure, text, photographs, illustrations, product sheets and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Handikraft and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Website access gives you a limited right to view these materials for genuine sourcing and purchasing evaluation. It does not transfer any ownership or grant a licence to reproduce, publish, sell, modify or commercially exploit them.

If you send us your own artwork, logo, drawing or reference, you confirm that you have the right to share it for evaluation and development. Project-specific design ownership and confidentiality should be recorded in the relevant written agreement.

7. Third-party services and links

The website may link to or use services operated by others, including WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email providers, hosting/security services and the jsPDF content-delivery service used for local catalogue PDF generation.

When you choose an external link, that provider’s own terms and privacy practices apply. We are not responsible for the availability, content or independent conduct of a third-party service, although this does not limit any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Website availability, disclaimers and liability

The website is provided for general business information and enquiry support. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, complete freedom from technical errors or that every item shown will suit a particular market, use or regulatory requirement.

You remain responsible for confirming product suitability, destination-market requirements, labelling, testing, import rules and other specifications relevant to your order unless Handikraft expressly accepts a responsibility in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Handikraft will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising solely from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this informational website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits rights provided by applicable law.

9. Governing law and dispute resolution

These website Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. Before starting formal proceedings, the parties should make a good-faith effort to resolve a concern by written communication.

Subject to any different dispute-resolution clause agreed for a specific order, courts of competent jurisdiction in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, India will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these website terms.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the website, our business process or applicable law changes. The effective date at the top shows the latest published version. Material changes apply prospectively from publication unless law requires otherwise.
